MAIN DUTIES:
Organization of all business trips (hotels, planes, …) for all Company members in Bulgaria
Organization of hotels and transport for all different visitors to the company
Office management (meeting room, office material supply, contacts with contractors, statistics tables update …)
Different personal assistance to the managing comity (organization of meeting, telephone calls, etc)
THE IDEAL PROFILE:
* Relevant University education (economy, letters)
* 2 -3 years of similar experience will be considered as advantage
* Bulgarian native speaker, fluent in English
* Good computer skills
* Reliable person with excellent communication abilities and organizational skills
* Flexible and autonomous
